Historical Patch Installation Data

We are trying to report on how many patches were installed in our environment during 2017 but due to a Windows 10 upgrade that was done in Q3 & Q4 I believe there is no way to report on the patches that were installed on the older systems that are no longer in Empirum. Is this a correct assumption or is there a way to query the DB to pull this old data?
