AeriaLink "Last Call"

In the release notes for Silverback 18.0.3 it states that AeriaLink is in the "Last Call" state. I am assuming that this means that it will be going end of life soon. When we setup Silverback (in the United States), there was an issue using any of the SMS servers other than AeriaLink V4. Will AeriaLink V4 still be supported?
