Nee, unter XP funktioniert eine ähnliche Technik prima: ACU.exe mit ACU.ini. Aber unter NT 4.0 bekomme ich bei zwei Drittel aller PCs einen VB Runtime Error. Führe ich die ACU.exe manuell aus, geht es sofort.
Überlege deshalb, ob man im Depot direkt auf die ACU.exe verweisen sollte und den Hinweis auf ein externes Programm gibt.

Und wenn man ein Batchfile aus der setup.inf aufruft?

CALL %SystemDrive%\Temp\NWClient\SETUPNW.exe /U:%SystemDrive%\Temp\NWClient\Unattend.txt /ACU
Folgende Ergänzungen:
Das Problem tritt entgegen einer ersten Annahme auf, wenn ein Anwender ohne Adminrechte über das Softwaredepot das Paket ausführt.
Unter NT 4.0 setze ich ein altes SWDepot, Version 7.0, ein.
Melde ich mich mit Adminrechten an und führe den zweiten Callbefehl von Hand aus, läuft alles wie gewünscht.
