Patchmagement Patch 839645

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem beim Verteilen des Patches Nr. 839645 von Microsoft und zwar wird er bei jedem ausführen des PM neuinstalliert. Auch ein neustart des PC`s bringt keine Abhilfe. Hat jemand von euch das Problem auch? oder an was könnte dies hängen?
