EPE Fehler "target device [...] cannot be detected"

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben vor kurzem die neuesten Patches installiert (V15.1 inkl. Patch 09) und versuchen jetzt neue Rechner zu installieren, bekommen aber immer folgenden Fehler:

21.01.2015 16:08:36 [Eis32] Error No: 407 (EisError 401) The target device for installation cannot be detected!

Ja, die PXE Images haben wir aktuallisiert (ID: version_3_002).
Ich kann ausschließen, dass es an defekten in der Hardware liegt, da wir es mit 3 baugleichen, ganz neuen Rechnern versucht haben. Ich kann leider nicht ausschließen, dass es an nicht unterschtützter Hardware liegt. Wir haben derzeit keine Rechner da, die wir mit der älteren Empirum Version erfolgreich aufgesetzt haben und neu installieren könnten.

Ein weiterer seltsamer Effekt ist, dass das Aussehen der EPE sich bei jedem Boot abwechselt. Entweder es sieht so aus wie zu Zeiten von Empirum v15.0 (links der Schritt [Treiber laden etc.] und in der Mitte die Lognachrichten) oder man sieht nur den mittleren Teil (nur die Lognachrichten auf grauem Hintergrund). Die zwei wechseln sich ab.

Im Anhang finden Sie / findet Ihr das EPE.log (IPs etc. habe ich entfernt).

Wir haben hier ein vergleichbares Problem. Allerdings nur bei einem ganz neuen HP ProDesk 490 G2

Ich habe es mit verschiedenen Empirum PE2 versionen veruscht. Die aktuelle 3.69 geht auch nicht.


Ich denke ja, dass es an fehlenden Treibern liegt, aber woher bekomme ich die passenden um sie einzubinden?
Ich habe nru folgenden link gefunden, der mich nicht wirklich weiter bringt, da es der falsche Chipsatz ist:

Falls das Problem noch aktuell sein sollte - habe heute die gleiche Herausforderung gehabt und das Umstellen des Harddisk-Modus von "ACPI" auf "RAID" im BIOS hat geholfen.

Gibt's hierzu noch keine andere Lösung?
Zum einen macht der RAID-Mode mit unserer Verschlüsselung noch Probleme, sodass wir noch auf AHCI setzen müssen. Andererseits funktioniert es auch testweise nicht mit dem RAID Modus, wird mit der selben Meldung abgebrochen.

Es handelt sich um einen DELL Latitude E5470.
