Dell Precision T7500 Workstation

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem mit einem Dell T7500 in England:
PXE Installation läuft durch, beim ersten Reboot erhalte ich einen Bluescreen.
STOP....07B
Dürfte Bootdevice sein...

-EPE 2.79
-Eis32 12.0.0.9

Was kann ich machen? Hat jemand einen Typ? Workaround?

Hi,

Wir haben zwar nur ein paar kleine Brüder T3500, mit standard OnBoard Controller, aber die Dinger laufen genauso wenig.
Obwohl es eigentlich auch blos ein Intel ICH10R ist... Vermutlich hat Dell etwas an den Vendor und Device ID's gedreht und deshalb erkennt das EPE den Controller nicht.

Welchen Storage-Controller habt ihr im Einsatz? Möglicherweise kannst nur die Maschine einpacken und zu Matrix42 schicken.

Die T7500 haben einen SAS Controller.
Man sieht nur das er den ICH10R.. nimmt im PXE Log.

Anbei der entsprechende Spyfile.

liegt das Problem am EPE oder am BetriebsytemTemplate ?

Ich vermute mal Sie wollen XP installieren.

Dann benötigen Sie folgende Treiber:

Dell SAS 5x and SAS 6x Controller Driver (Windows XP 32-bit)
oder
Dell SAS 5x and SAS 6x Controller Driver (Windows XP x64)

Wenn man es richtig macht klappts auch.

SAS Treiber manuell integriert und funktioniert.

Ich habe für dieses Modell von DELL die Treiber eingebunden.
