Hello!

I found some problems installing Empirum Agent with Trend Micro 10.6 installed and Win XP and Win 7.

I received an information that if I put an exception in \system32\Empirum I could install the Empirum Agent. But, in some machines I could not install. The installation displayed some error messages when I run the installation manually and when I ran the installation via Push, the installation do not start, just copy the files.

Somebody can help me?

We've heard of this problem alot, you'll probably have to unload TrendMicro first.
