Easy Recovery mit Advanced Agent und HTTP,HTTPS funktioniert

Post by fwiegand » 17. Apr 2011, 22:26

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FASTCGI\wsserver.fcgi]
"AppPath"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Empirum\\Subdepot\\www\\fcgi-bin\\wsserver.exe"
"StartServers"=dword:00000001
"Domain"="."
"User"="EmpirumAgent"
"Password"="blabla"

Kurzbeschreibung: ERBackupGUI.exe does not load / server login with a different account
Bechreibung:
Issue:
When starting the ERBackupGUI from the Startup group the icon does not appear in the systray.
DebugView log says it cannot access the INI file.

Reason:
The erbackupgui.exe uses the account the setup service (Empirum Agent) is running with.
In a workgroup environment the local system cannot access shares on the server.

Solution:
Add logon-parameters to the erbackupgui.exe-link:
/R\\<Servername> /U<username> /P<password> for additional information check the swdepot.exe documentation - it's the same syntax.

Ansonsten DebugView Log erstellen und Support Call eröffnen.
