Hallo Zusammen,
hat jemand eine Idee wie ich im ServiceStore ein Navigationsobjekt mit Incidents und Serivcerequests erstellen kann?
Ich muss ständig hin und her zappen um zu sehen was jeweils an Anfragen vorhanden ist.
Zusammengefasst wäre das besser.

Dafür muss man in der im Navigationsobjekt verwendeten Dataset View bei CIs beide Typen anklicken. Siehe Screenshot.
