Hallo zusammen,

E-Mail Robot Konfiguration category ID herausfinden
Anbei ein Auszug aus einem unserer Knowledge Base Artikel zu dem Thema "Configure E-Mail Robot". Dies sollte helfen.
MailBox ‘category’ (recommended)
ID of the category in which new tickets will be placed.
Possible values: GUID, e.g. 01389B0B-6EFB-4E09-91C2-ECDCAD2EDE38
Note:
The categories will be responsible for setting further default values of the new tickets, as their default values will be copied. In detail, this affects the following attributes:
Incidents, Problems, Changes: Impact and Urgency
Tasks: Priority
All Types: Responsible Role
The resolution of the responsible role is recursive. If the defined category does not have a responsible role, the role of the parent category will be used. This will be done until a responsible role is found, or the default role from sps.config will be used.
Find the desired category’s id with the following SQL-Query:
SELECT ID FROM SPSScCategoryClassBase WHERE Name='<CategoryName>'

Hallo,
