Workflow - Get Multiple Record Guid.Empty

Hallo,

ich erstelle aktuell einen Workflow bei dem ich alle Kostenstellenverantwortlichen über ein Get Multiple Record ziehen möchte und die ID's der Personen einer Collection hinzufüge. Augenscheinlich funktioniert das Ganze. Mir ist allerdings im Visual Tracking des WF aufgefallen, dasss beim Inhalt der Collection einige GUID's enthalten sind die Null / empty sind, obwohl ich die eigentlich gefiltert habe.

Die Where-Expression für das Get Multiple Data sieht wie folgt aus:

Zusätzlich habe ich noch eine Decision im Flow:

Am Ende des WF schau ich mir die Daten an und dann fallen die leeren Guids auf. Im Debug mit nur einer Kostenstelle ist es nur eine guid. Mach ich das für alle Kostenstellen bin ich bei über 20 leeren Guids in der Collection:

Guten Morgen,

was genau hast du denn vor?
Im Screenshot steht Delegators.ID, dass sind jedoch die stellvertretenden Entscheider. Möchtest du die Verantwortlichen musst du den "Administrator" nehmen. Ich hätte es dann so gelöst:

Im GetMulti musst du dann prüfen, ob die GUID schon in der Collection vorhanden ist:

Ja die Administrator habe ich auch, aber die habe ich seperat. Da ist im Endeffekt das Gleiche.

Danke für deine Rückmeldung, dann bin ich auf jeden Fall auf dem richtigen Weg =).

Ich bin dabei ein WF zu erstellen, der das Pflegen von Entscheidern einfacher machen soll.

Hallo,

ja ist dann das gleiche. Musst dann nur auf das Attribut "DelegatedCostCenters". Dann passt es. Kannst natürlich auch mit einem "OR" arbeiten, falls du alle haben möchtest, die Entscheider oder stellvertretende Entscheider sind.
