Link in Gridlayout

I have the request by our special department, that they what to save documents on Sharepoint and want to link that documentation within tickets or changes, together with a related module or such.

We implemented that request with a special dialog page as well as a multi-fragment grid. However, links posted in the Grid-Layout are not interpreted as such. Also when I use a Rich Textbox and define that field in the DataDefinition as HTML, the HTML code is escaped within the GridLayout.

Do you have an idea to make those link "clickable"?
