Umzug und Update 2008 R2

Hallo,
wir wollen unseren veralteten Server mit der Version 2008 R2 auf v12 updaten. Dazu kommt ein Hardware-Umzug des Servers.
Gibt es einen Fahrplan für einen solchen Hardware-Umzug? Auf was ist zu achten? Zuerst Hardware-Umzug dann Update oder anders rum?

Bin für jeden Beitrag dankbar.

Hallo Herr Ambrosius,
genau dies steht bei uns auch demnächst an, allerdings mit v14.2P2, und dedizierten Core-, DB- und Depotservern.
Nun wollte ich mir besagtes Dokument herunterladen und bekomme leider einen

Besteht die Möglichkeit irgendwie an das Dokument (oder eine neuere Version) zu kommen?

Die Frage verstehe ich nicht ganz. ;)
