Hello,
Is it possible to set up a session without the need for the user to give an OK fot that?
And is it possible to use roles.
Our Servicedesk is allowed to take over computers without the user needs to click allow
Our application managers are allowed to take over computers but need the permission of the user.
Best Regards,
Sander

Yes!
I guess you are still using the old remote control that came with Empirum 14.x and Empirum 15.0?
Then the option to disable the request on the user desktop is SMON:1
You can use the configuration groups to assign different parameters on a group level (inherited).

Re: Remote session without user interaction
P.S.:
After reading your request again - you can only set this parameter on the target computer.
I do not know of any option that allows different administrator settings for the end user confirmation.
So it´s either ask or do not ask - regardless of who is trying to start the session.
