MsiExec "Files in Use"

Hallo zusammen

Ich habe hier gerade ein kleines Problem bei der Paketierung eines MSI (Filemaker Pro 16)
Wenn ich die Installation mit der Default /qr Option laufen lasse, kommt der "Files in Use" Dialog der sich beschwert das Dateien durch den ERIS in Benutzung sind.

Wenn ich den installationsdialog unterdrücke wird das Paket komplett und funktionsfähig installiert, bleibt in der Management Console allerdings im Status running und es kommt keine Aufforderung zum Reboot
Selbst mit einem REBOOT=FORCE oder einem Manuellen Reboot bleibt das Paket nach der installation in der Management Console im Status running stecken.
Jemand eine Idee Wie ich das Paket sauber installiert bekommen könnte?
