Does anyone know which dialogue belongs to the Order Request Approval screen (see attached). What is happening is if a user submits a request in the self service portal they can see the diagram that shows the progress of the order along with all the details about the request. (i.e. order submitted, order approvded, Provisioning, Order accepted, order fulfilled). The approver (in this case the cost center owner) on the other hand can not. The CC owner sees the button to approve or decline bit the reqyest but none of the order detail is available to them.
I want to look at the permissions on this to see if there was anything unusual about it before escalating to support.

the latest hotfix that was released this past week resolved this issue.
