is there way to create multple Service Desks in Matrix42?
Is there a plugin that can do that?

Our solution was by creating 1 single point of contact, where one team drops the cases for specific roles like:
- general 1st level
- general 2nd level
- general 3rd level
- special team orange on location 23
- special team green on location 23
- special team blue on location 23
- special team on location 42
- special team on location 51
we use categories, to specifie the area of expertise (software 1, 2, 3 / hardware 1, 2, 3)
- general 1st level
- general 2nd level
- general 3rd level
