Hallo,

warum wird im Journal nur ein Leerer Eintrag gezeigt, wenn zB ein Ausgefülltes Google Forms ans Ticket System geschickt wird?
Jemand eine Idee?

Aufgefallen ist das ca. ab April 2023, die Einträge zuvor wurden normal im Journal angezeigt.
