Installation Requires a .sue File

Hello I would like to Packag a Inno installation, but to install the Appplication it needs a .sue file.

Problem:
If i put the .sue file in the same Folder and execute it via cmd or per right click it function, but when i start the installation via package it shows a message

Missing *.SUE-File"

Solution:
I would need some kind of command to include the .Sue file in the installation
