New Look for Service Management

We just updated to V12 U3 and noticed the option to enable the "new look" but this is only available to those with Admin privileges to the system. Where can one go to adjust this to that we can allow others (standard users) to test the new look?

Go to "Administration/User Interface/Actions" and configure the audience of the "Try The New Look (Preview)" action to meet your target group.
Could make sense to do the same for the "Switch To Classic Look" action.
