Hi,
we just installed v14. I believed that one of the new features of v14 was the ability to put one computer into different configuration groups.
I would like to put a computer in two different configuration groups. One group has standard software, and the other group has "departmental" software.

As we have a lot of departments I dont want to create too many sub-groups.
Whats the best way of doing this?

Hi,

you're right. But it is not a configuration group you are looking for. Just use assignement groups to build your logical structure.
A client is uniquely assigned to one configuration group but it could be member (in addition) in more than one assignement group.
