Windows 7x64 installation in einer Schleife (PXE Error 110)

Hallo Leute,

Erst einmal ein Dank an das ganze Forum, ihr habt mir bisher sehr gut weitergeholfen.

Ich habe mir per WAIK eine neues Windows 7x64 installations Medium gebastelt. Habe recht viele Updates und Treiber integriert.
Das Image ist nun 4,5GB groß und ist nun auch im Empirum 14.1 importiert.
(ein anderes von mir ertelletes Medium (4GB groß) funktioniert. Dort sind allerding weit aus weniger Treiber und Updates integriert)
Service Partition ist 15GB groß

Nachdem ich nun einen Client aktiviert habe startet das "Empirum Perinstallation Environment".
Soweit - So gut...

Detekting Hardware: OK
Loading Drivers: OK
Connecting to Server: OK
Crating Partition: OK

Copying Source: NICHT OK
PXE LOG(100): [Eis32] Error No: 110 Copy of Operating System files failed!

Nach einer weile des kopierens startet die Maschine neu und alles beginnt von vorne.

Warum?

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?

Moin,

Ich habe das gleiche versucht. Windows 7 , Patche und Software installiert, neues Image erstellt und in Empirum eingebunden. Gleiches Ergebnis wie bei dir.
Interessanterweise hat das ganze einwandfrei geklappt, als ich NUR Patche installiert und dann das Image erstellt habe.
Möglicherweise ist für Empirum das Image zu groß geworden?

Gemäss Hinweis beim Import Assistent heisst es dort, dass das Image nicht grösser als 4 GB sein sollte. Anderenfalls muss es mit imageX geteilt werden. Wie das allerdings gemacht wird, fehlt in der Beschreibung. :?

Stimmt ja... Das wird wohl das Problem sein. Das Image wird nicht mit Empirum gesplittet, sondern wohl (also mit ImageX selbst): http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/libr ... S.10).aspx

bin grad dabei mein 4,5GB Image zu splitten.

Ich gehe mal davon aus das mich das Empirum beim Importieren dann nach einer zweiten CD/DVD fragt?

Hm, gute Frage. Hast du das denn auf einer DVD oder liegt das auf einer Festplatte/im Netzwerk? Wenn das auf einer HDD gespeichert ist, sollte er ja nicht fragen müssen.

OK,

habe jetzt mein 4,5GB Image auf der Festplatte.

Ich habe das install.wim in 2 Teile gesplittet.

1x3GB DataPart.swm
und
1x 1,5GB DataPart2.swm

frag mich grad wie ich das im Empirum Importieren soll?

Also, als als ich nur die Install.wim hatte, habe ich die OS-Sourcen lokal kopiert und die vorhandene install.wim durch meine ersetzt, dann musst du noch mit dem WAIK ein neues Katalogfile erstellen. Anschließend habe ich das ganz normal eingebunden. So würde ich das nun auch machen... Die Frage ist dann natürlich, ob man die Install.wim noch braucht, wenn es gesplittet wurde.

häh? sorry, das verstehe ich nicht so ganz...

Was mach ich denn nun mit den beiden SWM Files?

Ich habe ein über 4GB Großes Install.wim file und eben 2 kleinere swm files.
Ich finde im Moment auch keine Anleitung wie ich aus 2 swm files zwei getrennte DVDs erstelle.

Wieso auf DVD brennen?
Wir haben hier ein ISO gehabt, mit dem hab ich den Rechner aufgesetzt. Dort habe ich Pachte, etc. installiert und dann per ImageX die install.wim erstellt. Des weiteren habe ich das ISO lokal entpackt. Die darin vorhandene install.wim habe ich durch meine selbst erstellte ersetzt und dazu noch mit dem WAIK ein neues Catalogfile erstellt.
Das entpackte ISO (mit meiner install.wim) habe ich dann in Empirum importiert - quasi wie eine DVD, nur halt von der Festplatte.

Irgendwie reden wir beide aneinader vorbei... Trotzdem Danke das du mir hilfst :)

Ja, ich habe alle Dateien lokal auf der Platte auf der auch Empirum installiert ist.

Mit der install.wim (4,5GB) ist eine automatisierte installation nicht möglich.
Ohne der install.wim ist ein Import des OS in Empirum nicht möglich.

Lokal habe ich jetzt das gesamte Installationsmedium (Win7) und zwei seperate swm files die zusammen meine Install.wim ergeben.

Wie importiere ich das jetzt? Ich muss dem Empirum doch irgendwie sagen das ich jetzt ein gesplittetes Installations medium habe.

Sorry, habs grad selbst probiert. Jetzt ist mir klar was du meinst... =)

Ohne install.wim kein Import... Super... Jetzt würde ich auch gerne wissen, was Empirum von mir erwartet....
