Ich möchte in der Management-Console eine Konfigurationsgruppe für bestimmte User ausblenden und habe folgendes getan:
- AD-Gruppe mit den Usern angelegt
- in DButil die AD-Gruppe als Benutzer eingefügt.
- Der Konfigurationsgruppe der Benutzer "EMP_M_Admin" (administrativ) hinterlegt. Alle anderen entfernt.
- In der Console melde ich mich mit einem User der Mitglied der AD-Gruppe ist an.
Jetzt sollte eigentlich die Zuweisungsgruppe nicht mehr zu sehen sein. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall.
Muss ich im DBUtil die Änderungen speichern oder ähnliches ? Ich habe das Gefühl, dass meine Änderungen nicht wirksam werden.

In der Empirum Management Console sind immer alle Gruppen sichtbar.
Nur in der Empirum Webconsole können Gruppen ausgeblendet werden.

Gibt es die Möglichkeit einem User das Recht zum "Paket editieren" zu verweigen ?
Dem User habe ich die Rechte für das Softwaremanagement schon komplett entzogen. Nur die Pakete kann er immer noch editieren.

Pakete editieren = z.B. setup.inf via Notepad bearbeiten? Nein, nur über Dateirechte.

Nein, aus der Konsole heraus über rechte Maustaste.

d.h. via Empirum Package Editor?
Das Starten selbst nicht, aber Sie können auch hier die Schreibrechte auf Dateiebene entziehen.
