WinPE und Languagepackinstallation bei Windows 10 1809
Hallo,
Language interface packs (LIP): These are language packs require a base language. They don't include all of the language resources by themselves. For parts of the UI that are not translated into the LIP language, the Windows displays the UI with the parent language.
As of Windows 10, version 1809, these languages are distributed as .appx files. See the available Language interface packs. Sample .appx name: LanguageExperiencePack.am-et.neutral.appx.
For previous Windows versions, language experience packs are .cab files, example: Microsoft-Windows-Client-Language-Pack_x64_es-ca.cab.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... to-windowsOEMs and System Builders with Microsoft Software License Terms can download the Language Pack ISO and Feature on Demand ISO from the Microsoft OEM site or the Device Partner Center.
For Windows 10, version 1809, LIP .appx files and their associated license files are in the LocalExperiencePack folder on the Language Pack ISO.

Hmm, langsam wirds nervig....
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Basic-de-de-Package.cab
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Handwriting-de-de-Package.cab
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-OCR-de-de-Package.cab
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Speech-de-de-Package.cab
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-TextToSpeech-de-de-Package.cab
Fehlermeldung:

ion on specifying a source location, see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=243077.

Also anstelle von
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Basic-de-de-Package.cab
den Originalnamen:
Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Basic-de-de-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab

Man muss jetzt auch die Sprache auf Multilanguage stellen, dann klappts auch mit dem Download aus dem VLSCI grabbed them from VLSC fine, you need to find the Windows 10 LP option and set the language to multilanguage and you will see the various download options.
