We are trying to copy our Production DBs into our TST environment (test environment refresh) and when attempting to run the "configure service layer" portion of the process we get the below error. I have confirmed that both environments were running the same application version prior to making the change.

Anyone come across this error before when doing a test environment refresh?

Column 'MonitoringMaxVariableSize' does not belong to table SPSGlobalConfigurationClassWorkflowEngine.

Figured it out. We had a bad backup. Pulled a fresh copy off of our PRD environment and tried again. refresh went thru with no issue.
