Create Ticket or Incident by email
Re: Create Ticket or Incident by email
Hi Teo,
you need to go to Service Desk > Settings > Edit > Settings E-Mail Robot and add a new e-mail-robot (click on +, enter Server name, type, e-mail address etc and on next page tickettype, category etc)

Re: Create Ticket or Incident by email
I have tried,
the connection with my imap work, i see my folders. I set INBOX in Mail Folder and i try to chose only Ticket Type (Incident) without select any queue, template or category.
Email robot is enabled.
But, when i send a mail on this address nothing appening in the service desk incidents.
I try to activate manually the "Service Management - Inbound Mail Robot" but also in this case nothing appening.
What i wrong?

Hi everyone,
today it work magically!
I think that the problem yesterday was that the mail used was opened in thubderbird. When I closed Thunderbird and turn off my PC the tickets was opened.

Re: Create Ticket or Incident by email
Hi Teo,
nice.
E-Mail robots are only importing e-mails that are marked as "unread". Please make also sure in your rule where to copy (different folder in e-mal box, like "archived", "deleted" etc) the imported ones.
Not sure, but I guess importing time is approx. every 5 Min.
