How To use fileStorage endpoint on Rest API

Hi,
we have to change the version of matrix42 and i have some question about how to use 2 of the API endpoint.
i need to create "Activity" and that alright with the endpoint "creatactivity" but i have also to add attach piece.
there is "fileStorage" parts in the API. it's said that you have to call "GetUploadURL" and after "upload" but i don't find enough detail to use both of them.
Is somone can explain how to use GetUploadUrl? it seems needing UniqueFileID, StorageID, TypeID and other stf but i don't know what are those thing?

You could take a look at this thread. There is a PowerShell script showing how to upload a file using the new api. It looks like storageId is a default value so you don't have to change it.
