Wir haben diesbezüglich keine GPO.
Jedoch wird kein Windows Ordner für den Benutzer erstellt. Via CMD ausserhalb von Matrix42 funktioniert es. Gibt es einen Befehl, damit man einen lokalen Userlogin durchführen kann, damit das Profil und der Profilordner im Windows erstellt wird?

Ist mir nicht bekannt. Genau dafür gibt es ja eigentlich den Userteil des Pakets.

kann man steuern ob zuerst der Userteil oder zuerst der Machineteil ausgeführt werden soll?

Nein, ist immer erst der Maschinenteil. Sonst 2 Pakete nacheinander wie unten schon mal beschrieben.
