Making Comments on Submitted Orders

Currently when a client submits and Order via the Self Service Portal they can check the status of the request (approval, provisioning, acceptance, etc) but are not able to make any comments on the Order. The only comments a client may enter into the Order is in the "Order Comments" field when are preparing the Order and prior to submitting it. Is this a correct understanding, and if so, are there any plans to implement a feature that would allow a client to comment on their submitted Order?

Correct.
AFAIK there are no plans to add this - please create an entry in our ideas portal (ideas.matrix42.com) so customers can vote for the idea.
If it´s important for you, this can probably be configured with the Solution Builder.

Thanks Hendrik, I will place a post in the Ideas portal and take a look at the solution builder to see if we can do something with it as well. Did not think of the later...
