List of User on New onpremise Empirum Installation

Good morning,
I should install empirum locally for a client, but in the guides I can't find the list of users I need and their rights:
ex:
-1 administrator user for the master server with local administrator rights
- 1 depot user with what rights?
- 1 user who can read the db with what rights?
Do we need other users?
